It would appear that Axis still hold the 12th June placing shares, on behalf of the 'prominent institutional investor that proactively approached the company.'

The subsequent placings were arranged by Axis and I would suggest that NOT all have been sold. As an 'educated guess' I would suggest that Both Sharon J Tansley 4.8m shares and Steven Geoghegan 3.291m shares formed part of these raises. IMO there will be other shareholders that are

Perhaps just perhaps the radio silence is for a distinct reason.

Once a management team are in deal closure mode all comms go quiet.

This might be the case ; it might not.

The Zeb licence is SO big and contiguous to Ivanhoe and Platreef that one day the market might wake up.

We will be on many buyers’ radar. Patience and watch this play out.

As for recent buying before Xmas this wasn’t Axis it was a couple of us loading up!

Also the questioning posts on X re what management should have done leave a lot to be desired.

I’m trying to understand your MO.

My point around corporate activity was directly linked to satisfying the last major milestone re the granting of Mining Rights - being finance for mine.

Appreciate that it was muted to expect news of the mining rights towards the end of May.

Some shareholder (ex!?) on X appears to be concerned by no news on this front.

Applying a bit of of critical thinking it could be suggested that this has been superseded by other events!

Plenty of news flow is likely to come prior to this announcement; including but limited to updated resource report and new maiden resource report, further update re exploration plans....

Or could it be corporate activity??

Personally happy to see any/all the above prior to the mining licence!

Nothing has changed in fact last RNS was mega. If one joins the dots lots happening in the back ground.

A couple of points if you don’t mind:

* it doesn’t matter how many shares you hold.

* confirmation bias is a touch like flexibility - it works both ways.

* Also if somebody states their opinion does it mean they have an agenda?

Suhail has explained on X where, in his opinion, the shares are coming from. I agree.

I suggest the next few days/ a week or so many things might come a lot clearer.

The next four trading days could be eye opening IMO.

* Party A: If we have a big name (18.64%) shareholder that is about to issue a TR1 (I suspect this might not come till Monday) and then is guarded by another entity fronting it so to keep under the radar for now; I could be over thinking here!!).

* Party B: Being a separate entity building a disclosable shareholding - as they were caught off guard by last Thursday’s RNS re Party A.

But Party B issues a TR1 before Party A and before the weekend).

* John Zorbas our CEO has clearly diluted himself (and us) for a very good reason as he believes Party A are the guys!

Now here’s my points:

* Imagine if Party A was an Ivanhoe or Valterra (Anglo), our neighbours and they already have major assets next door.

* Now imagine if Party B is the Turkish billionaire miner, who lost out the Chinese in Brazil, when he tried to buy Anglo’s assets (And he offered a far higher price than the Chinese!!).

His ego is clearly dented and he needs to be seen to be a ‘big player’.

So,did our CEO do a deal for 18% shareholding with one the well known big boys (Party A - being Ivanhoe or Valterra) thinking that we’re done and out at £X.

And Party B our Turkish friend’s nose is now out of joint.

If I was him, (and knowing what he has publicly said re his intentions to spend $2 billion on 6 nickel assets globally and being backed by UBS) I would disclose my 3% to 5% shareholding this week and then wait for Party A to show their hand via a TR1 and then if I was Party B (Turkish billionaire) I would put in a high bid now to force the issue and get myself to 75% shareholding.

If that doesn’t work at least Party B will make his money back by selling to Party A.

All we need is 2 parties that are seeking a world class asset (and for a contested bid situation to occur with one party having a massive ego/point to prove (i.e. I’m now a big player in the market)

Then we shareholders can …..😊

Many variations of the above may or may not happen but there is defo something afoot!

The majority of the hard graft in relation to the Mining Rights has been completed.

Richard Montjoie Zeb Nickel VP Exploration. In an interview with TMS in April stated: expect news by the end of next month (end of May).

So we haven’t heard re this as either: a) due to the backlog at DMRE or b) is there something bigger at play which the company are keeping DMRE updated on.

I am sure we will find out in the very near term.

Re the CLN I expect we will be updated shortly (expect next week). Boothbay has extended their terms numerous times since May 2020 so expectations are they will do so again.

Thanks. I have been mulling the point re mining rights, funding to satisfy granting of mining rights, next drilling phase and subsequent maiden resources report all day.

The 25th April RNS point you mention below is an interesting one!

I come back to who paid for the airborne survey and therefore (hope/anticipate) that they could be the party that takes us out.

Furthermore I hope/anticipate that our CEO, a seasoned negotiator and 30% shareholder, will have put in place a deal in principle on a pre-agreed formula basis based on drill results etc.

Happy to hear other points of view.

Sure is getting interesting.

On the assumption that the sells, over the past few trading days, have been retail investors (as opposed to a churn of the placing - which I suspect is long gone (?!)), then it would appear that some like to make the MMS life’s easy and have an aversion to make money themselves.

I’m staggered that one would sell when it’s clear that we are entering a very news rich period that could be transformative for the SP and the company.

As per last RNS:

Together, these factors give the Company a compelling, capital-efficient path to massive sulphide discovery, rapid resource definition and near-term value creation for shareholders.

It’s there in plain sight. There are other massive hints in other previous RNSs; it’s a case of dot joining.

I’ll sit tight and wait for this to play out.
