Funding not really secured yet, you’ll still have additional capex commitments to fulfill at BCN level. You’ve given away 30 + 22 + maybe an additional 50 % of the one valuable asset you have. That said, you seem like a strong supporter crowd and that helps. Good luck...
Why invest in a company that has effectively given away all their upside to a major? Read the releases. Ppl don’t seem to understand basics. There are other Li plays out there with much more upside they control themselves. BCN were desperate and Gangfeng took the opportunity. Clay still unproven and the German project is a non starter. Good luck

According to Dr Ryan Long who was our previous mining analyst, Ali developers and ore producers are valued (EV) at $330/tonne Li2o. A quick calc on the relative value of SAV below. 27mt * 1.06 %Li2o = 286200t Shareprice 5.25p * 1.045b shares = 54.9m mcap Cash 4.9m est. EV: 50mgbp or 65musd £175/t $227/t Par to Peer upside 330/227 = 45 % Many other factors at play obviously but still enforcing our cheap reality and moreover. This is excluding any value from Moz...

London-listed miner Savannah Resources PLC (SAV.LN) has its sights set on meeting up to a third of European demand for lithium, based on projected numbers for electric-vehicle production by 2030. "I think Europe could be self reliant in lithium," David Archer, the company's chief executive, said in an interview with Dow Jones. "On the numbers we're doing, we think we could supply up to 25% of its requirement in 2025, up to a third by 2030," he said. Savannah Resources is working to meet its name-plate capacity of 29,000 metric tons of lithium-carbonate equivalent by 2020. Last week the company reported that continued resource expansion at its Mina do Barroso mine in Portugal was confirming the project as western Europe's most significant spodumene lithium mineral resource. The chief executive also said the company was talking to a "whole set" of people across the lithium value chain regarding potential offtake agreements "from car manufacturers to refiners, and everyone in between." Mr. Archer said any potential offtake agreement would be very important for future funding agreements. "We'd probably like to align ourselves with a strategic partner," the chief executive said. A number of European lithium companies have reported being in contact with unnamed auto makers concerning supply of the metal. In May, Bacanora Lithium PLC's (BCN.LN) Chief Executive Peter Secker said his company had spoken to a number of German automotive players regarding potential investment connected to the spin off of its subsidiary, Deutsche Lithium GmbH, which owns the Zinnwald lithium project near the Czech border. Across Europe, efforts are being made to keep up in a global race to develop lithium-mining projects. The metal is a key component of rechargeable batteries, which are seen in objects such as phones, but also in electric-vehicle batteries. Mr. Archer said he was impressed by the approach taken by developers and politicians in Europe when it comes to developing lithium potential, adding that car manufacturers were making massive investments in the sector. "Europe is acting with alacrity. The European trading block is certainly very much on top of its game--you have a real unity of purpose at the European community level," Mr Archer said.

Terrible and goes to show that huge projects for small cos aren’t necessarily good. Our smaller, higher yielding project much more attractive. BCN has been in dire need of finance and this was a desperate move imo. They cancelled their placing last summer when SAV got all the love.
Yes. We are probably on the home stretch of our DFS and I would hope that to be published in the near future. A bit more work to do if incorporating Aldeia and Pinheiro but probably worth the wait as we find new stuff from surface that can be mined economically and increase NPV.

Moz is not a write off at all. Just wait and see. And Portugal isn’t either. The Portugal gov is not the Omani. Portugal is desperate. Inviting majors in June to auction more licenses. DA met w them last week showing much support. It’s been a long time coming and we’re not there yet and actually, we only need one of them to justify mcap so believing in both and that both will increase significantly in value gives at least me and a lot of other more knowledgeable investors great confidence. This RNS can’t even be talked down on this sorry board. Fantastic lithium strikes and even more to come. This will surely be a 40mt resource shortly and a prime target for large offtakes, plants and strategic moves. Very happy.
