Micho I sort of agree but why would UG or indeed anyone else want LTH's to lose their investments. Wouldn't that be just pure evil.

The question here is how many banks does the Fed need to put a plaster over/save/arrange consolidation into other banks. If I had money in those regional banks I would be pulling the money out. Many of their stock prices have collapsed. I think one poster mentioned extending insurance was under consideration . Can you imagine how much money would be required to fund all that. Think about the inflationary effect of such an action

May I ask No Fear what is your analysis on CPI-to me it has turned around virtually which should support higher SP prices in the future but what's your take?

I’m not particularly minded Cuvio as I can wait til the agm . The biggest shareholder is Lansted . They won’t care. Next is cave , who hasn’t put money in and then oval x . Then probably you me and castle - LOL.

Anyway I suggest we all go to the agm . We dont need to share names but if we all agree to meet we can collate questions and 2-3 of us can try to gather some info to disseminate in a fair and reasonable way.

UG - nobody has. Have you seen the volume in the last few weeks. This is your self justification for being here. It’s not a valid one but thats what it is. The only game in town are Lansted and Oval x until we actually make some money

My only concern here is funding. It’s not a matter of if but when this takes off for me. But funding is a concern for me. The Lanstead money won’t be enough. Nor the oval x money . So in this I must agree with UG in principle if not timing.

UG I can’t think of another truly legitimate reason for you only posting on this board. Sorry, I really can’t. It’s either a revenge mission or it really is about proven right for you at all costs for some reason. Either reason is a short term high for you and brings misery to others.

Take the tube UG or a bus which have dedicated bus lanes. Given this is one of your number 1 hobbies I find it amazing you won’t go to the agm and a bit of traffic is putting you off . Are you worried you may get recognised by duffers or someone else on the team who knows you?

Given you two are so down on the company, perhaps share a taxi with UG (and ExMS )

We'll soon find out UG. I hope you will attend the AGM this year rather than find silly excuses about how its a bit too inconvenient because it's a bit of a longer taxi journey. Plenty of things to do in London UG including the NNN AGM so take the day off so you can converse about things first hand rather than making some educated but also some not so educated guesses

Very true Trenners-my feeling is we havent seen the last of the banking situation. Lehman went in March 2008 and we didnt have the big crash til September 2008. Here we have multiple banks theoretically in trouble. Multiple regional banks in the US that are the lifeblood for smaller businesses.

Overall Im positive on Capita and this will be one of my big investments for the year

I agree with you UG on the Sp rising bit which is why if there hasn’t been some decent contract or material development by the agm I will vote with my feet. I might be positive about NNN but I’m not blind to the poor performance of the Lanstead arrangements, the oval x infusion etc. I’m really not bothered by dilution if the end game is a profitable and prosperous one. So essentially I hope Mr Duffin has an excellent actual revenue generating take to tell by the AGM.

Not really UG . We’ve been told it’s coming soon in tweets. For all I know they’ve placed a decent but unspectacular order on this already which will help with funding. Do you know for sure they haven’t?
