I, personally think this is pretty irrelevant to Ggp/havieron, I merely pointed out that a $15k fine wouldn’t really (imo) have much bearing on newcrest’s sp. But you seem adamant to get this info out there so you crack on sunshine 👍

Do you mean the problems they had back in 2018 with the dust? The problem that they sorted but wasn’t done in time and were fined $15k Australian dollars? Yes I’m sure 15 grand would drop the sp 😂

We can all guess and raise new issues we might see happening, but at the end of the day no one knows what’s gonna happen…go back to all the conjecture surrounding Sandeep, first his bullying then his surprise stepping down, my guess is…this was around the time the first newmont offer came in, for whatever reason, Sandeep wasn’t sticking around as this deal was inevitable…Shaun/Ggp also knew this, hence the management team he’s built. Newmont taking over newcrest was always happening. Why else would these big hitters join a tiny company that owns 30% of a tier 2 (not) discovery, then ask yourself why wyloo metals would take such a big stake in Ggp as well. I have no idea what happens next but all the information/facts we have in the public domain points to Ggp (or realistically) Ggp and wyloo owning havieron and telfer. If newmont wants all of hav then the team in place now, can also deal with the implications, but once sold why would they stick around? Seems odd to me if that’s the case.

I’m keeping hold of my shares as I believe Ggp/wyloo are going to own 100% of hav, it’s gonna cost, but in a year (more than likely 2) we will be raking in huge amounts! Annoying as a 2 year wait is the amount of money we could be making will be mind blowing…

Point is, no one knows, but the info and facts we do know…strongly point to ownership of hav.
