Coronavirus 'breath tests' could be available within six months, a senior scientist has said.

Professor Mark Ferguson is the Chief Scientific Adviser to the Government and chair of the COVID-19 Rapid Testing Group.

The group's report on rapid antigen tests was published yesterday, recommending that the likes of lateral flow tests should now be more widely used alongside PCR testing.

That's what'll kick in once this gains traction.

I may come across as a deramper, "he's looking for a lower entry", " shorting it" etc but I'm not. I would have sold at a loss if I didn't think this would eventually reduce my lose or turn to profit. nlondon, my first investment was AXM, Alexander mining, look back and shake my head at why I believed. Incredibly I survived my early days investments unscathed so banged it in here and so far so good.

I think most aim investors would admit to oil/mining being their first investment and lost. My only other holding is a Lithium explorer, invested a good few years back. It's risen approximately 300% in a year from its low( don't take much notice as still in the red) and they don't even have a licence to mine, waited over a year for that announcement. You learn by your mistakes I guess.

I had a punt on a UK fracking company a while back, infinity I think it was called. Luckily got out before it became a cash shell.

NU, I reckon making a profit is too nailed on to attract the adrenaline monkeys on aim. I seriously think if we announced we were drilling a volcano for oil we'd see better rises.
