Dear Mr. ********,

The Kapili Tepe is still on track. We are awaiting the approval of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resource of Turkey to proceed with the transfer. The filling for transfer is a pretty complex procedure and needs many documents from Deep-South head office and they need to be certified by the the Turkish Embassy in Canada. It is a quite long procedure. The filling for approval of the transfer was filed in December and it has been done as per the regulation. However, we have been informed it could be a long procedure. We will inform our shareholders of the outcome upon receiving some news form the Ministry.
