In light of his excellent posts, the Judge has decided to defer his decision making to 'Shagger54' on LSE's forum.
Given his high post count and over three recommendations per post, he is deemed to be the expert in this case. Mr Dicker also congratulated Shagger on his 371 friends on Facebook.
Laughed at that one, nice one ISA.
The scheme will probably require a re-vote if any amendments are made because one of the clear contentions is the % of turnout.
I cannot see any way that any amendment to the scheme wouldn't also come with a request for a better vote turnout - unless of course the judge is satisfied that this has been evidenced/argued away.
ISA Has done an outstanding job of providing commentary however ISA is a holder of this stock so there may be some confirmation bias there and ultimately we are at the mercy of the judge. Those comparing the FCA to a 'teen girl' are probably forgetting that the FCA is able to conduct an enquiry/investigation into any future lending of Amigo or its subsidiaries and may also appeal any ruling.
Whether or not you respect the FCA, it's not in Amigo's interest to antagonise their regulator but to appease them and everyone wins.
I am buying up everything that I can.
If you want a harsh lesson on why many of the 'Minimum' valuations being spouted on here....
Valuations are partly based on revenues/profit right now but often are geared at future potential - markets recognise that times will NEVER be more favourable for ODX than they are right now in a global pandemic.
Look at how NCYT valuation has tanked after a slight reduction in revenues and it will tell you how much bearing is being placed on future prospects rather than right now.
Sensetalka's man maths would hold some more water if there wasn't a massive global testing event, but we all know that over time costs and margins get tigher, competition gets fiercer and the desire for Covid Testing will decreasae.
for those of you thinking that food testing will fill that void.... get real.
Alan Partridge detected - but I do think it's laughable saying that people are 'desperate' to get in lower.
To get in lower on this share you just need to wait 24hrs and you get a 5%+ discount.
I have a buy order in for £10k worth at 14.5p
Expect it will be filled tomorrow but I guess time will tell.

Hi folks, surprised at price movement but reAlistically sales are what’s needed - it’s another test to stockpile in Alva atm
Winterflood sold 8% of the company, pocketing a nice 40% profit no doubt.
Let's not forget though, that those shares have already been scooped up....
I bought 2.5m shares today
The person who bought them possibly did though
Anyone wondering why we never got a statement on the LOI and why they haven't progressed a coal plant ?
Is this back to sq1 for CTG ?
Have you not been briefed ? You got £500 worth plus 2.5% of your requested shares. Most of the folks here, even who subscribed the max at 100k will get £3k worth of stock. Still a great flip though...
For those of you that are frozen out, or don't have this listed - this is a good lesson as to why your 'expensive' trading platform can sometimes be worth the fees.
So there is some logic to apply here folks - currently no-one has their shares. Though there may be some being forward sold by MM - this is currently a sellers market with very few in circulation.
This will change as folks get their own shares but for now the price is whatever holders want it to be realistically.
What is this in relation to ?
We just need some volume - where is all the volume...
I’m not Deramping but an almost 50% reduction in MCAP over 30 days is simply not ‘MM Manipulation’ and I don’t believe you guys think this either.
Demand has not outstripped supply at prices higher than the current one...
Current sentiment is that the vaccine rollout is crippling testing - whether true or not this is the issue, MM games aside.
Market makers make money out of volume, via the spread. They don’t really care what the price is - as long as enough are buying or selling they make money as the middle man.
Wise up if you are believing all the MM hype and that current SP is just a mirage. It is what it is, should it be higher ? I think so - but the market doesn’t today.
Hi All - Lots of debate here about PCR vs LFT.
VanV is right, LFT is going nowhere but the good news is that for every positive LFT there is a requirement to do a number of PCR tests.
All LFT is doing is filling the hopper of potential PCR testees (hehe) more swiftly and more regularly.
I genuinely think it's laughable when people talk about CD4. This business was worth peanuts when it was a CD4 business, do people think that this is suddenly going to move the needle of what is now worth 10x what it was before.
Great press today though, well done to holders. I don't hold any more
