I guess time will tell - Fincapp are basically marketing shares to II’s - so far they have underperformed as that seems to be one way traffic.
What are the hypothesis for no Institutional Investment ? I was the one that shared the Abingdon Pathfinder prospectus if you recall - they don’t appear to have much II support either.
Furthermore - the biggest red flag for me was FinnCapp refusing to provide a valuation - I suspect because their actual valuation is a long way south of the actual SP. NCYT currently has 4x broker notes out, all with low, medium and blue sky valuations.
I sold as soon as Finncap refused to put a value on things.
MerchantBanker - I think that you talk alot of sense however, have you not considered the implications of what you are saying. That FinnCapp have 'allowed 51% to move out of an overweight stock' is ridiculous - they have done the very best for their clients - just not the client that you are invested in.
Is the fact that large institutions, with access to intel behind the scenes and from FinCapp are running to the hills, and offloading to PI's scouring Twitter for 'leads' ?
The business plan would be superb if they were able to demonstrate the 'Demand' that is 50% of the market play, so far they have only been able to show how they will meet 'Supply' - Supply without demand is a surefire route to bankruptcy.
Dear me...
Large spread opening up, what's afoot?
Welcome news, but nothing more than gossip from an anonymous tweeter. I know that Bladesharp has good form but people are celebrating literally anything as 'fact'.
I could post any day now 'Just heard from my broker that NCYT are being acquired by AstraZeneca.' - it wouldn't make it true.
Seriously unhelpful. NCYT is a serious business, so many PI's posting banal and yuvenile comments on everything they post.
So many companies on AIm have their PR criticised - this is why they don't tweet. Looks so unprofessional.
I agree with you but please note the 75p cost per unit doesn’t include reagents - these are provided by AH. This is just cassette, film and production cost.
These claims of 4m tests are laughable.
What a load of rubbish. Who can’t afford £7... stock splits only take place when there is genuinely high price that makes trading illiquid
Versalab just launched, press release incoming.
Likely they have re-tendered as they have modified the spec - no more than that.
Question is: When is Mr Gibson going to put his hand in his pocket ?
This is the wife of Steve Gibson.
PCA does not mean assistant, but person closely associated.
In other words - I can't just give my son £100k to purchase shares on my behalf to make me immune to PDMR
You do realise that AVCT aren't in the RCT right ?
Abingdon, and ODX whilst important parts of the RTC are really the manufacturing engine. The actual assay I believe was developed by Oxford University.
We are specifically talking about the prospectus here - they are not prospecting for anyone other than themselves and as such I can understand why they wouldn't be keen to downplay their role in the UKRTC As just that of lead manufacturer.
Serologic testing is testing of blood. This is blood testing in a lab, nothing to do with us.
I actually disagree on that - its a prospectus to raise 100m in capital from sophisticated investors. Because you need to be certified investor, there are much less stringent information requirements.
Without making the link to Oxford, there is a subtle implication that this was Abingdon's innovation....
Wow just opened up my throwaway email - just sent loads out. That's me done now!
Will send out more if anyone wants to email me ! It’s a good read and should form the basis of your investment - straight from the leaders of the RTC. If the RTC is the basis of your investment; that is.
