Two or more shareholders who attend the adjourned meeting in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum, regardless of the number ordinary shares they hold or represent.

Why did he move the meeting forward a week.

Because now he has clarity that everything that is needed/required is in line mainly the Quorum.

Now we back to the original date that he set. If not we would of just had the same happen next week. He has ensured everyting is sorted for the orginal date of the agm.

Lastly, the Company had anticipated receiving a significant cash payment from a customer during the course of the last two weeks, however this has not yet materialized. The customer was due to visit the Company this week, but this has been postponed due the current emergency situation in Israel.

Announce a date, bring it forward with a 30 min window for people to attend then have it on the original date and have control of the situation next week. Something deffo happening and we will have to wait n see. But to just say they cant get a quorum when it stayes in the rns they have made it so they have a quorum

If am reading this right its getting sorted next week even if just two shareholders turn up. They gave a 30 min window today to allow a Quorum to turn up, so now we go back to the original date of the GM and nwxt week to people equal a Quorum.

If for any reason they decide to drop the price be interesting as last 3 cycles down to 1.15p just made it bounce like something thats very bouncy. Is there any sellers left down at that price ? Surely not.
