They have cut running costs so much that it covers the agreed tsp 1.6million payments over next year, they have over 2million in cash and have shown during the tsp a 1.7million pound contract with military customer. Should i go on?

Sorry for the name. The tsp was extended twice as enet needed to come to a resolution with the creditors for the debt payment and also had to prove they where sound financially to the court in LoD. They got the cash raised end of december along with 1.4mill revs from last quarter. They have do what needs to be done the people we owe money to are happy with it so can u give us a clear reason why the court would reject it. Please as opposed to just stating it could happen could ya put.some meat on ya reasoning.

Yep the court have extended the TSP twice to allow all parties to be satisfied just to then say 'err no'. Wink wink.
