I would say if an extension was granted it would derive from the Court this time. Enet have ticked all the boxes and responded to the court well within the deadline. Enet has done its part just how fast the court hears and reviews the settlement proposal. I do wonder if the court are slow could there be a temp suspension of enets shares. The TSP only runs til tomorrow, so what happens if the court misses the date. Could we be suspended til Thurs/friday as next court hearings are on Thursday?
