Seems that the concession is all about the migration route that is used on that particular area between october and april each year, I'm not privy to possible solutions that have been put forward in the past years, but obviously they were not acceptable. there are no other routes available, so no idea what they plan to put forward this time, but pointless continuing after this appeal as it is obviously going nowhere.

It might be taking 200 years, but saying the cs pozzolan is not fit for purpose, or has not made the bar is just total nonsense. If so, after rigorous testing, it wouldn't have met the criteria for the caltrans list.. It has to meet stringent testing, grading and quality, reaction and strength, in order to qualify and it did, it is one of the best on the market.

This is down to costing ( companies like tolsa wanting it for f**k all probably, like they do ) and transport. Like i said, its taking an age with zero communication, but nothing to do with quality.

Totally off topic, but as a response to Bf and fly, i'm flying out to tenerife tomorrow to spend a few weeks with my closest friend who i've known for god knows how long, he received his cancer diagnosis 5 days ago and it's not good, although he feared for the worst. its literally 40 60 against i would say, but there's a fair chance, but whatever, he is going out swinging.

He's put treatment off for 3 weeks as we are completing the bucket list so to speak and ill be with him all the way, take this against people ( not just this individual ) but many others who troll bb's looking for reaction, whilst mocking any arguments and changing opinions whilst just posting utter rubbish, nobody will ever convince me why they spend there days glued to pages on here, waiting to post there next paragraph of s***e.
