The original message was pointless, insensitive and a real insight into the sad idiotic moron that posted it.

Personally I have lost just over £5k on Petrofac. I will be happy to lose it if it leads in some way to the administrators saving peoples jobs and livliehoods. Christmas is coming up and it will be great if those unfortunate to be in a psotion to lose so much more than my 5K can enjoy it with some peace of mind.

5k seems a small price to pay to deliver that.

OK - What are the price predictions for market opening, I confess to never posting to this forum, but have been in and out since the back end of 2024, Now in for circa £60 per penny,and considering a sale of RR to fund a potentially more rewarding rise here, RR still has significant upside, but trading to fund CBG could be better. Seen this before, price might be driven up, people reset stop losses on the strength of it and then it gets dragged down and back up again after triggering stop losses. Strongly advise to wait and make sure that it is genuine momentum before taking any such action. Good luck all. Been here from the £3 days but certainly more substance behind the business than there was then, albeit the market risk appetetite is now much lower too.

The next weeks could be very interesting, and after more than ten years a number of us will be looking towards decent returns, but having ridden it down from circa £3, I dont expect it to return to anything close to those dizzy days - a £1 party would be incredible now - the potential of the £5 party is long gone - in fact, a 50p party would be most welcome.......

I decided not to take up the offer. Not for any logical financial assessment reason, but I have held and increased since the circa £3 days, having not sold of course because I was waiting for the £5 party!! I have been disappointed so many times by CHAR, but I now have a substantial holding that will indeed already be transformational with jumps in the price - so - I will be more than happy to look back and think that I should have trusted them, trusted that luck would change and I should have taken up the offer. More than happy to take the hit on this decision......................

I have held since circa 2010, up to £3 and back. I have lost faith so many times and then become excited again, and for sure there have been times when I think a name change to One Wheel on my Wagon would have been more appropriate....... onwards and upwards - time to get excited again

I guess it also depends upon whether or not they choose to release any associated news depending upon the result. In the event of a positive result there could be numerous scenario's in play. Time will tell and they will release only when they are ready, perhaps to either maximise the positive or attempt damage limitation on a poor result

I would also like to think that my average is circa 20p, but having held up to and back from £3, I suspect it is higher, and don't really want to know if I am honest. I drew a new line in the sand about 4 years ago to measure investments and if it goes to 20 or 25p, I will consider myself in profit on Chariot (it will only be myself that I am potentially / probably misleading).....

I dont want to put a dampener on this, but I thought 75p was ambitious, so I am hoping that the 90p or 125p comes in, but I am more than happy to be proven wrong at 75p..........................
To be honest, I would be very happy at 50p, much depends on the volume and quality of the news flow and it really is anybody's guess - really hope that it not 0.75 ha ha.

Was for the most part a good board back then, even with the very "strange" musing of a Dalek - the likes of Jimmy and CEOBOB, did seem to get a lot right until we became better at finding water than United Utilities.....
Having been very naive and greedy back then as a novice, watching it rise and letting it drop like a rock from circa £3, it has been a very long wait, like many of you I have held and added, even against my better judgement at times, and now it seems as though there is a genuine chance for something good to come to those who wait. I do not expect that we will see the heady days of £3 again (how nice would that be) but, a £1 party would be very welcome.............
