Foolmar, if 26,488 shares bought can move the market so dramatically. Think what 3 million going the other way would do. It's an OTC stock. If you could get out of that position through the market and come out with US$500K you will have done well.

It's not inaccurate at all. there are two types - Trade reports and transaction reports, they both have different characteristics. How can they be inaccurate when the whole CREST DVP and Registrar process depends on accurate trade information.

Historically under the AIM rules it was two months prior to results, MAR stipulates 30 days. Ultimately the NOMAD will advise the Directors on whether they can or cannot buy.

Information on the deal has been announced. As we keep being reminded on here - it's a done deal, right?

If they are in discussion on a JV which upon completion would be "material" and hadn't announced that to the market they would definitely not be able to buy. In this instance the deal has been announced, largely to include the terms of the JV via RNS, it is therefore in the market and is apparently only subject to DD. They can buy!

NVS & RW combined have received remuneration of £1,323,000 for the years ended 20 & 21. Not a single share purchase since July 2020 when RW bought some, NVS nothing since May 2019 when he invested the princely sum of £5,819!

I don't see why they cant buy. They are not in a close period regarding results and the basis upon which a deal has been agreed has already been released to the market.
As has been mentioned, Directors of this company are well paid. If they have confidence in the company's future performance the best way to display that is to buy in the market.

Presumably at these ridiculously low levels, with the buyers primed to pile in at any price sub 3p (as we've been told - yawn!) and the share price supposedly on a trajectory not dissimilar to a 747 takeoff from St Maarten airport.

I have a reasonable amount invested here, my intention is to stick with it and keep reinvesting the divi's. Should there be a drastic change in government policy my feeling is going forward there will be acquisition opportunities at potentially lower multiples which over time should have a positive NAV impact.
I'm not to bothered about short term changes its a long, long, long term hold.
