Fulmar/aprogerson, I just browsed the YE2022 Annual Report. There was no mention of a Tier 1 asset. Do you know something the Board of Directors do not? Or just wishful thinking?

Undoubtedly the latter.

Not to mention the additional pressure on the share price when ARC needs to raise money for its share f the OPEX/CAPEX

Would not buy any shares here until the Directors show faith and invest. At least then you know the people driving the company believe there is upside. Until then, it's nothing more than a gamble.

Manufacturing of EV batteries is a a race to the bottom. UK will never be able to compete with Chinese manufactures. Our labour costs are higher, our infrastructure costs are higher, we have to import the raw materials etc.....

Yet another sad case of investors falling into the green trap and losing their investment.

People were saying the same prior to the JV announcement! Look what happened.

What is "doing fine" it's off 80%. Also, he seems to suggest that the deal has been delayed. Reading the SEC filings, I thought the deal had been done.

I think someone might be closer to the company than they would like to let on! Now I understand the eternal optimism and the Board can do no wrong stance.

Today - Obviously, no one directly involved with ARCM can buy shares right now due to insider knowledge - So have ARC not done "one of the best deals ever on AIM" ?

Have they announced a done deal or not?

Have they announced a deal which is not currently capable of completing?

Or

Have they announced a deal but do not have confidence in it completing, hence reluctance to invest themselves? The Directors have not been in a closed period for some time.

All sell trades since Tuesday in ARC shares. What's going on? Looks like a holding is possibly being liquidated. Thoughts on who could be selling?

Who knows, would think there is an overhang of stock here.. My guess is there has been some sales trader liquidating a position over the day given the various shapes that have gone through. Wonder how much more is to be disposed?

Market makers are obliged to trade within market size. They buy the stock, that is hardly a "matched trade" which would infer an investor purchase such as a matched bargain market. Market makers are traders in stock as I'm sure you are aware.
