Don’t forget that anything “material” will have a greater impact on ARC and its shareholders and they also have a duty to report within a timely manner. Usually 48 hours. They can’t hold back material news just to suit AA.

It would have to be “material” I don’t think a few drill holes in Zambia will move the needle much regarding AA

At 1.30 he says "$15m goes to Arc and our partners".

So I would suggest it's the 2.3m.

If you look back at the chart for ARCM over the last few of years it seems there has been a floor at 2.35p. That's broken through and the share price is at the lowest it's been since Oct 2020.

One of the Rampers suggested there was buying support at 2.5p, there obviously wasn't with the share off over 40% since the deal was announced.

My guess is the company could need a "keep the lights on" placing at some point so I think sub 2p is quite likely. More so if they are going to continue with Botswana.

ARC is a sideshow for AA. Their main target in Zambia is Konkola.

I have thought for some time the owners of this website hold shares in ARCM.

Wait till the placing to keep the lights on is finished before you get too excited..

I think you will find there is some stock being placed out and the smaller buys are trade reports forming part of that.

For larger trades way out of market size you can delay trade reporting. There is a seller out there.

Especially for those people that bought into the lies on here and hype at a grossly overvalued 8p!
