Houston I was not saying Stas isn't a clever cookie, he is just a divi and there is zero likelihood of Art giving a special dividend. As a CEO he has never ever ever taken PIs into account and nor should he. He is 100% focused on delivery of oil which is where we want him to be. So there is zero evidence that a special divi will not be paid but....if you look at past behaviour then it would be extremely unlikely although not impossible.

I think u will find that buys vs sells = SP. Tell an MM that they can control the same price and they will laugh at you. They can can do the equivalent of put little sticks into a river to try and control it but there is no way to control a full flow.
