Parsley- three letters. UBS
Top drawer, from a top drawer bank. Working on a success fee. Join the dots
There really are very few companies where the directors are in so heavily. Their interests are firmly aligned with ours and they will definitely maximise any sale price. The rumour is 58p was rejected as too low, hence the FSP being initiated. GLA
You got a short on?
Sam, try to keep up
Calamity, give it a rest, you slippery squid
I hope you don't keep ejecting midway through every flight at the slightest hint of turbulence
They wouldn't work on a success fee basis for a smaller deal IMO
Will be very interesting to see these come in tomorrow. Our potential buyers/bidders must have built up a decent stake, especially before and during Indaba week?
Goodflyingduck- I read the FYR again and couldn't see a date. I think you're right, combine it with am EGM/SGM. They can only sell both assets by putting it to shareholders. Thanks again and GLA
Does anyone know when this is scheduled for please?
Fenakit - I was in here and remember that drop. My biggest regret is not topping up back then on the way down to 2p. I shan't be making the same mistake again. If this gets another couple of treeshakes I will happily top up and increase my average, even if I end up increasing it to 20p. I still believe this has 45p minimum, worst case, just an MT sale, written all over it. Add the flanks and a whole company sale and double that target.
Spent, not spend, LSE to sort an edit functionality out.
PS I've just skimread the posts here and agree with what some are saying, that was a brutal treeshake earlier, RNS incoming?
Either way, disclosures of 1% holdings are all due by Wednesday, will be very interesting to see holders and size of stakes.
If you're trading this, you're braver than I am, I've been in since 2.7p, topped up and now have an average of 8p. I wouldn't risk being out if flanks/bids RNS lands.
PS Not Sam again, seriously? Does that kid never learn? Surely he's bankrupted himself ten times over by now? If he ever qualifies as a pilot please remind me not to fly with him. I can imagine him ejecting halfway through the flight at the slightest hint of turbulence.

Expect more treeshakes to hit stop losses. LTHs will remember the hammering from 4p plus to 2p late last year.
Add if funds allow, topslice if it helps you sleep at night but don't take your eye off the ball completely.
UBS aren't working on a success fee basis for nothing. New directors aren't working for shares and not salaries for nothing. Founding directors haven't spend a quarter of a century on this for nothing.
Patience will be rewarded and panic will be penalised.
And 99K just showed up
Please, not Turdfart. I'm in AVCT and had to put up with him there. Please don't let it be him
Thanks
I posted a couple of weeks ago about how I'd like to see EUA resume trading prior to any bid, to allow me to top up on my original 2.7p holding. A few LTHs replied to say they would prefer us to stay suspended, and I do get their perspective, however I am glad we have resumed trading and elated at the level we have reached.
It's allowed me, and any other previous holders, to top-up, anyone desperate to sell for whatever reason a chance to get out, and many more to come on-board.
I believe the base the share price achieves in the coming days and weeks will also bolster and boost our negotiations with potential buyers.
I have managed to top-up another £20K and will try do more as funds allow. Friends and family have now also had a chance to buy in.
So I think it's a win win situation for us all. I may consider derisking 1/5 of my holding at 45p but still believe this will end up going for 60p plus on a full sale. Very best of luck to everyone, new and old. This must be the only job in the world where we are all so eagerly looking forawrd to 8am Monday!!
Goodflyingduck - you tease...! Nugatory, how so? I'm intrigued
What we are waiting for, once we get the flaps it's just pure pandemonium
