hi, just received a reply from Zac yestrday, reg. the ceo interview "this week or next week is the current estimate”, should give us some idea reg future plans. gla

i am happy with the way it is moving, steadily re rating, once sp above .1 should accelerate upwards

People do not realise that the company has been transformed since the acquisition of DMSL and is currently cash generating, some info from the last rns:

-In February 2020, Toople completed the acquisition of DMS Holding (DMSL)

-The business currently trades under four main brands: www.toople.com ; www.dmsluk.co.uk ; broadbandandphones.co.uk ; www.checkthatcompany.co.uk .

-DMSL acts as a BT Premier re-seller for broadband connectivity, mobile and fixed voice and cloud services and is responsible for over 250,000 BT customers and over 400,000 Revenue Generating Units.

-The acquisition of DMSL was transformational for Toople, as it also expanded the Group's reach into the UK residential market, ...

-Andy Hollingworth, CEO of the Company, purchased 10,593,220 shares ordinary shares of 0.0667p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.0944 pence earlier today. Following the above purchase, Mr Hollingworth's beneficial interest in the Company comprises 38,843,220 Ordinary Shares.
