Raise is 3 x current MC and no discount to yesterdays closing price. it will be interesting to see how the news is taken in the States.

My guess, around 45p and then we £10m cash on the books.

Commodity prices have increased from the June avg. which hopefully helps conclude a sale.

Decent monthly update, £100k cash build up from previous month seems a little low but that might be due to planned shutdown maintenance cost.

IMO If the sale goes through it will most certainly be above the current SP. GLA
