Burwell is 50mw Battery Storage. So once operating it is worth around £28m.
If you value the 50mw solar the same way we have £50m to £60m value.

How many direct comparisons do we need to see fair value!

Just our 50m battery storage is therefore worth £25m which is 4x current market cap and that is without the 50mw solar and Mambare, wowo, dempster etc.

On this basis, 100mw Burwell is worth £50m?

When the big news hits, i.e Burwell Signed, Mambare Permit and Production Lease news, WoWo Aquisition, Dempster Vanadium Drilling, More Battery Storage sites, it will take off to multiple levels along the way. Just a little patience needed until the first domino falls.

Sniper88, I always to loads and loads of digging around. I am confident the land lease at Burwell is not far off bbeing finaised and we will continue the re rate. Warrants are just something we have to live with but there are now only a few to go. One good days trading when the news is released could clear all warrants (if taken). Market cap is now back at £6m which is totally ridiculous but there is a reason. Leases for both Burwell and Mambare are the key and IMO Both will come.

warrants cashed yesterday at 1.6. Plus boredom. Just a dip, news will send us toward the 3.5p mark soon. 21m warrants taken in last week shows confidence. Only 37m more at 1.6p then they are all 2p which nees an sp of 3p+ for those to be taken.

It is all ready to go . The grid connection offer expires in June. The money to the land owner is a lot so it will be done. People selling are missing out on a multibagger within weeks.

Grid Connection

The Company announces that the Weirs Drove Development Company ("WDDC"), where it owns 50%, has received a formal Grid Connection offer from UK Power Networks, which includes undertaking the "non-contestable" (see Note 1. below) works necessary to connect the Burwell site to its UK energy network. This offer covers a site capacity of 100MW (split 49.9MW of energy storage and 49.9MW of photovoltaic solar energy production), a 132kV power input and an import / export capacity of 49.9MW and 99.8MW respectively. The offer is for substantially more power than originally planned, which enables a larger battery storage site alongside an adjacent solar power site.

Planning Approval

The Company also announces that the landlord of the Burwell site has received from the East Cambridgeshire District Council planning permission for a 50MW energy storage development. The permission covers the existing factory and the surrounding land at the Burwell site, and specifies the installation of the main battery and a 132kV transformer on an adjacent hard stand.
