This will be settled way before a full court case. The DOJ are game playing. IMO.

Sellers not trusting the nomad issue will be sorted.

The Dees actually upped their holdings. The % difference was due to the placing. On the move today. We should see past the previous high of 14p within weeks imo.

Unfortunately I can give no more news than was contained in our last press release that the company is in advanced discussions with a potential replacement NOMAD.

I think you are underestimating the level of PI's that are waiting on the sidelines for a Nomad announcement.

I hope you are right, but the fact remains that at present the Nomad issue is worrying people. Once sorted (if sorted) the sp will race to 3p. But at present there is an 'IF'.

selling seems to have dried up, could turn blue and finish strongly today with luck.

I would imagine the standstill needed to be confimed before the Nomad would sign. I am hopefull we could hear about the new Nomad this week.

mm's were caught by surprise on Friday, they are now shaking out some sellers for their pound of flesh. IMO it will finish level or blue, lets see.

I think if they could confirm a new nomad it would help.

grabbed another 250k. Cant beleive it is level after the news.

If I can get anymore around this price I will do on Monday. I like what I am reading.
