From the Tomco RNS re the partnership with Valkor. Very importantly is states...

"A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been signed and the new partners will now seek to agree the scope of a resource study, to identify the locations of the potential resource together with potential engineering, mining and/or processing solutions.

"It is envisaged that the partner would, in time, build a facility capable of 3,000 barrels of oil per day."

THE PARTNER WILL BUILD. So that looks to me like. "we provide the land and resource, you build the plant, we share the profit".

Have a listen to this. It is the Petroteq Investor Call. This is about the new project Tom are hoping to undertake with Valkor on the leases in Utah.

Confirmation from Tomco that they have found a suitable site for the oil sands project in the new year and this will go back way over 3p.

a 10p sp is only £27.5m market cap. If Valkor want to move forward with a Petroteq plant on Tom leases a £27.5m market cap is peanuts. Add to that the Oil Shale project and heavy oil in Trinidad and who knows where it could go.

David from Petroteq, Yes 'absoulutely' we have interest in licencing and are in discussions. Working on those as we speak.

This is brand new stuff and Tomco are in there with Valkor who got Petroteq to production.

This is Tomco in its best position ever. Option to use Petroteq system via Valkor (petroteq already producing oil), testing RF Tech on heavy oil in Trinidad with trinidadoilc.om (valkor owned), and improvements to the well head and antenna for the oil shale project all done.

Things that could happen include JV with Valkor, RTO by petroteq (it is rumoured they want a london listing, Trinidad Oil also unlisted and are expanding in Trinidad. 2020 will be toms best yr IMO.

Plus £1m in bank and still only 275m shares in total in issue.

I think today is an important day. If it recovers again and finishes Blue I will be buying tomorrow. I think it will confirm the big seller is out.

sells seem to be really drying up now. If buyers come in now it could be a swift turn up from here. Fingers crossed this could be it.
