ocelot, yes and the sp will need to be higher than 1p for them to take those warrants. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in at a silly price.

they have raised this money at 1p (min) and they have gusranteed no more conversions by riverfort. The sp should easily make it to 1p+ on this news.

15m warrants at 1p in exchange for waiving conversion rights is excellent news as the sp would need to be closer to 2p for them to even consider taking them.

This means they are confident of it reaching that price otherwise why give up the conversion rights?

im holding myself to it ! I have a lot of these and want to see this at 5p+. It all hinges on the JV going ahead. Once we get/if we get confirmation of that then you will see it take off. Those in at this level will be the big winners. Dont forget there are only 275m in total issue and a big percentage of those are held by a small handful of people

we were over a penny in feb. The company now has a much clearer future than then. With the new director and valkor JV. The fall like many other stocks was all panic selling due to coronavirus. IMO we will be back to over 1p very soon.

orslega, I agree they wont take over Petroteq. I think they will go it alone with the Tomco JV and build several of these plants with production from the first one financing the second etc, etc.

In the last 7 days the buy price has gone from 0.40 to 0.585? that is a 50% increase!
