i dont think these guys will be selling anywhere near this level. I think they will await the success of the Valkor JV which will have the SP much higher. imo.

its the Valkor/Tomco effect, Steve Byle is not a man to be messed with! This sp is cheap as chips when you consider just the royalties from Utah. Never mind all the other stuff.

Without Covid 19 this would not be down here, it looks like lots of project are imminently going to start, so I would expect an SP re rate.

Valkor/Tomco (Greenfield Energy LLC) are planning numerous 10,000 bopd plants not just 1. As soon as they prove it up they will duplicate. Each time QFI will get royalties per barrel.

wow, tomco 200% up today. This is going to be enourmous with Valkor. Once the licence is sorted here this will do similar.

IMO this puts QFI in a much stronger negotiating position for a larger royalty.

I think a fair bit of buying from Tomco holders will start here soon.

We never knew of the QFI addition until a few days ago. Looks like it is the key to make the whole system better.

In the JV between Valkor and Tomco the biggest winner could very well be QFI. They will be getting a royalty of a few dollers per barrel (say $2) on each plant operated using MSAR, going off just one 10,000 bopd plant that equates to around $7m per yr off just one plant, and no costs.

Just bought in here, I heard that QFI could be on for a couple of $$ per barrel from the 10,000 bopd plant being developed by Valkor/Tomco for use of MSAR.

whats happening was just down to poor wording in one part of the rns which pricked up the ears of Quadrise nomad.

The wording of the rns was just a **** up, nothing more.

from rns 'Valkor has granted to Greenfield a licence to the Quadrise MSAR® technology, for the processing of heavy sweet crude into heavy fuel oil for which it has a right to an exclusive licence, for the use on all future plants that are majority owned and operated by Greenfield in Utah'

so they cannot grant it to greenfield yet as technically they have a right to it but have not signed the agreement yet.

i expect they will have this sorted by tomorrow.
