If Sweden refuses Kallak BEM would legally have a very strong case to recover all historic expenses from the Swedish Government and am certain BEM have taken advice in that eventuality.

who has ever purchased a lottery ticket or bet on the grand national should take comfort from the fact that BEM is a far better bet to the extent on many many %

I have this as 80:20% in favour of Kallak being approved there are no valid environmental arguments left to debate. It comes down to economics in my view of which Kallak is so compelling to the local economy which is in much need of revitalising.

Kallak is still crucial to BEM and suspect the spread factors in the risk that the Swedish government may still scupper Kallak.

Though as ive said many times I doubt this and expect the days are drawing near for Kurt to deliver on what he has battled for and rightly and legally deserves imo

Has in my opion done everything correctly with respect and due diligence it is that reason why I think he will deliver on what he has promised.

I have spoken to many company directors over the years and Kurt has always been honest courteous and respectfull. Fact is Sweden needs this resource above and beyond any reason to reject Kallak. There are thousands of young swedes who will never be bankers doctors or scientists but miners. The world needs resources and needs them where they are needed not shipped thousands of miles contributing to horrendous emisions. The logical thing is to mine Kallak in a modernway respectful to the enviroment and leave it in a enviromentally sound state afterwoods.

I say this will be the outcome.

However Kallak cannot just disappear and will not go away it has real value and the business minds in Swedish government know this.
