Company being a disappointment for years now, SP reflects that 100%, half a pence old money, Browns shares in lieu of his six months, probably asked to go.

Cant see a company like Arrcelor HAVING to take our coking coal, a company with a market value of 34 m not producing the coal not even got funding for the construction of the mine would not be able to hold a company of Arrcelor size to a contract like that. Will be a get out clause in there.

That said Arrcelor will hold on, coking coal is what they want.

Hope this turns around but off loaded a percentage on Browns RNS, didnt sit right with me.

Let's hope the recent problems at M&G don't hinder any hope here, aslo getting multiple investors to agree on a common ground will be hard enough within it self.

We need.

confirmation by 15 December 2019 that the requisite funding for the development of Phase 1 has been secured.

If not ArcelorMittal can walk away, if funding has been hard to secure with this off take in place it will be virtually impossible if we lose it in current market.

If this company wants ‘To be the premier producer of hard coking coal in South Africa’ this week is a big week in which huge steps forward can be taken.

Less than a month before the funding timetable expires in the ArcelorMittal off take.

confirmation by 15 December 2019 that the requisite funding for the development of Phase 1 has been secured; and

· confirmation by 30 June 2020 that delivery of HCC will commence within six months.

Hopefully fundingwill be secured before the date on the clause.

Agree, dirt cheap at this SP, but nothing in update to tempt me to add, Will wait until funding confirmed and try to get in early.

Quite obvious funding is being difficult to secure, otherwise the construction process would be ongoing.
Funding is difficult to secure even more so for coal, not one of the markets favourites in todays World, but coal is still a necessary and vital commodity.
Hopefully funding will be in place soon with 15th December a date of importance in the off take with Arcelor-Miittal, confirmation of funding secured by.
The numbers and payback time are very much in our favour, I am just concerned that the can may be kicked down the road a couple of times and dates not meet before funding is secured, as the SP is beginning to suggest this.

8 am on the 18th, still a buy looking at sp.

X 2 of today's price, when/if funding and construction news arrives would still be good value at 65p.
