Looks like the BoD have been badly advised or just don’t have a clue about city regulations. Clueless ???

This has been a continuous downward spiral, we have really been led down the garden path with this one. When will we see an explanation? Or won’t we ?

How long is the closed period for an RNS to be released after a Director Share Purchase ?

RNS tomorrow morning ?

At least we now know that when PH says “pretty soon” it’s not to be interpreted as so, his exuberance takes over which is unfortunate when they’re are trying to build trust. Although the RNS’s have improved their wording , however PH interviews are still to be taken with a pinch of salt. Let’s now hope ‘pretty soon’ does not make a fool of him once again. Looking forward to the news whenever it arrives and hopefully market conditions improve.

Cautious by name Cautious by nature, always playing the devil’s advocate bringing us all back down to earth. Let’s hope we can overcome the negativity when the market recovers.

We don’t want any RNS’s this week if the market turmoil on the back of covid-19 continues , undoubtedly there will be bargains to be had in the market but timing will be the key. Further falls in the Oil price as demand is drying up albeit short term. It is a time to buy Bloe and lock in and wait and the upturn which we all know is there but covid-19 has temporarily halted.

It is what it is, as panic fades the bottom fishers will wade in and be there for the bounce back when it happens. In hindsight even a good RNS this week would not have influenced the share price such is the market fallout , so we do have that to be thankful for. £13m market cap is a joke , time to buy .

It’s like legal robbery, we’ve been mislead by continuous Jam tomorrow promises and predictions , the balance sheet has been eroded to support the Directors lifestyles and the interests of shareholders have been eroded for the benefit of Directors. The commercial prospects of the business has been secondary to the salaries of the Directors who have demonstrated they are not capable of running a Public Company in the interests of shareholders.

Who says they’re not millionaires ?

In PH’s last interview on Proactive Investor , he said they would be updating the market on 16a Pretty Soon ‘ in his words .

That’s exactly right Maladoni, Warren Buffet said ‘Buy when everyone else is selling and hold when everyone else is buying’
That’s is not just a catchy slogan , it’s the very essence of successful investment.

Having said that current market conditions are not the best when many short term investors are running for cover.

The depressed SP is similar to an oil exploration company that has just announced three Duster Wells , this not being the case the current SP is way undervalued, held back by sentiment tied to the lack of progress and concrete news. The next RNS is becoming frustratingly elusive.

I’d like to know PH’s definition of soon and very soon and the time lapse between . In last weeks interview he said they would be informing the market very soon on one thing and soon on another , without testing my memory or listening to the interview again as to wether it was oil flow updates or gas etc.
