Zoltav (AIM: ZOL), the Russia-focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that, pursuant to the guidance published by the London Stock Exchange in respect of the temporary measures for the publication of half-yearly reports for AIM companies pursuant to AIM Rule 18 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company intends to utilise the additional one month period to prepare and notify shareholders of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020. As such, the Company will release its interim results no later than 30 October 2020.
If the bod at EUA think it might be beneficial to delay the interims due to on going negotiations they may use the extra month and do the same as ZOL.

I will reiterate my prediction made all the way back in February before we went into suspension ( thread and post deleted due to bot flies), then I said I expect the first offer would arrive in the last week of October followed by a counter offer early in December which will be accepted at Christmas time and before year end. Ian has got me down in the guess the rns dates competition, I would not sell a share though on this information as it is just a guess and an offer could land at any time, todays news makes me think I am not far away from being correct with Dmitry sat at the table to thrash out a deal with no distractions. So only six weeks to go now if I am proven to be correct hold on to your shares would be my advice.

I put out a post in February, now not in my history, link deleted due to the bot infestation around that time. In that post I predicted a deal could manifest around Christmas time prior to the first offer arriving in the last week of October, followed by an up graded offer or counter bid early in December, of course this got little appreciation due mainly to the fact it was ten months away. We then suspended for five months and we are about to enter the final quarter of the year, so getting ever closer to my guess being correct, this has kept me positive during suspension and any dips in the sp, so if we don`t get a bid or sale in September I will not be fazed by it in fact I would expect more up grades next month and possible production figures from WK to lift the sp much higher so don`t get fed up if next month passes without a deal, Christmas is now around the corner and will give all holders the best one ever.
