The rns speeding ticket (that never was) had the same effect of being a genuine one, we never got it down to a reason other than the sp gained 40% over7 days not being unusual, so why was it issued in its present form?
The rns may not have been forced upon them in fact it looked to me to be cleverly worded and done on their own volition to bring down the price and quell the sp volatility, so why would they want to do that if that were the case?
My thoughts are we are getting near to completion the price is known but has to be given out on a % basis using a complicated formula based on the sp over six months, one month and the present day, re kaz rns, just putting it out there and I`m sure the more knowledgeable of you, of which there are many, will put me straight on this.
