Mac Hi, By your post I take it that old bash is back the hospital porter, with his constant whinging. I filtered him a few weeks ago with his mates. It really makes me wonder what a NHS worker does with his time all day wasting valuable NHS money using this chat board seeing that he said weeks ago:- "I am NHS. I manage front line staff. I work full time. High pressure role. Manager to many staff. Unlike some on the board this is a small pastime. I do not have the time to watch the share price all day and give a running commentary." Despite DT's Iran situation the markets seems to have dismissed worry that was expected and most markets are up this morning. ITV seem to holding ground well and only a very small % drop this morning. It would appear that the SP is still being held back and I think now this is totally down to uncertainty of tomorrows AGM and the anticipated outcome. Mc Call must bring the rabbit out of the hat and give a very positive forecast to get us at least back to the 160's. I think this is going to be a long and very hard Haul for the near future, but I personally feel optimistic.

Well no good things today !!!, and a finish back to the 150.25. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

TR Hi, That sounds all bad Karma to me and if that occurs that will put the icing on the cake for sure lol. I am hoping for a break and maybe some good news, if not who knows where we will be Friday. Rio Hi, Yes that can be the only thing. If DTs statement is negative with a move to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal this could also spark a dangerous global crisis which will have a drastic effect to the world markets, who knows whats going to happen later and even tomorrow, got a funny feeling that any good luck at the AGM may be wiped out by Trumps statement later today. Heaven help us.

Rio Hi, Just a thought ! I have a feeling that this SP is being held back for some reason. It appears to have stagnated over the past days and does not want to budge. With the AGM only a few days away there does not seem to be any life here at all. I just can not see this getting above 152 / 153 today ????? Any thought yourself ? Cheers Tom :-)

Corlis hi, As last divi of 2.44 the sp did not drop the next day in fact it gained. So a fall is not 100%. Personally I am going to hold and if it does fall just wait for a rise or hold, that way you get the 10.40 pps. if it rises all the better. What if the SP falls then sell just before close and it does rise the next day because of the fall, not only do you lose the 10.44 but you may have to buy back in at a higher price. Sods law that would happen. LOL. Cheers Tom :-))

Rio Hi, Yes totally agree with your comments. That's my feeling that it will tell one way or the other up to the 10th. That's why I think the SP is stagnant and holding at around 151 ish. maybe the market is expecting bad news ????? I am hoping that the market is wrong and some good news is about to appear, surely C Mc has something up her sleeve, apart from her arm lol. Have a great W/E Out to wash the car covered in dust. Radio Hi, It is just my opinion, however as you ask, the current SP at 151+ the actual divi say 157, so at a minimum today. The AGM is due in a few market days time so in my opinion with the view of a reasonable result I would have thought that the days SP would have been a lot higher that it is now and at least in the low 160's. If you do not agree please tell us why. If you think my opinion is wrong I really think we will be at a load less nest week and well under 150. !!!!! Now that will be bad news all around, and that why I think it should be 165 now, but lets see what happens next week.

Rio Hi, Very disappointing closing price today! I now wonder if we can recover at all ? This SP should be up by at least 165 by now but no. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am thinking there is something going on in the background to hold this back, what it is and how long it will be I have no clue. If this continues like this I am out for the TW divi of 10.4 pps, so ITV beware that many could pull out due to this very poor performance. We want 160 upwards now and 200 in the immediate future, or your gone. What a mess as this price is holding back others that want to sell a few to buy better.

DC Hi, Yes I agree, Only problem is that I sold 50% here after the ex divi date for around 187 ( + 2,44pps divi to come ) as you know to buy ITV for their divi 5.28pps to come. My target and thinking was that ITV would have risen by now so to sell after their divi to buy back the 50% TW, but ITV have not risen as I expected, well not yet and TW are stagnant at 193 ish so that suits me ATM until I sell a batch of ITV for a buy back here by 30th, still have time on my side for that. The higher I can sell ITV and the lower we are here the better for my deal. I would not worry at all about TW as the more you have now the better you will be on the 31st. Anything at around 190+ is a bonus as far as I can see. TW will be back on track and above 200 very soon so hang in there and you will be pleased for sure.
