Pray tell us on what day you sold 100,000 shares as there is no such deal shown on any of the Share dealing / broker boards not even on the HL trading platform. It does not even show any 100,000 buy on the 3rd May when you said you were topping up in the afternoon. Lets see what you can come up with ?? or is it porkies again.

Rio Hi again. Just a thought and what do you think. We were talking earlier about selling a few here and topping up TW before 31st May. These are my thoughts. Bought some ITV 66000 @ 1.49 that cost 98844. ( less 5.28 divi ) = 95359 ish. If I sell those at current price that will be 157.75 x 66000 = �104115.00 - cost �95359 = �8756 profit. So if sold I would have �104115.00 that would buy approx 54000 TW shares and a divi of 10.4pps would bring in an additional �5616 If the ITV sp reaches 160 that's what I intend to do as its all in the ISA so no tax to pay. When the TW SP rises aging to say 200 will then sell and buy back ITV + then wait for the interim results in July. TW sp now is 191.95 so that's a good top up price !!!!! Got a bit of thinking to do !! ATB Tom :-)) Well that sounds like a good plan as maybe ITV will not get much higher until the interim's.

Rio Hi, Well what a surprise, and a lovely rise as we thought. Back in profit here is a great feeling with some nice money to come from the divi's, both here and TW. Shame others predictions were totally wrong ( Alpha male / Toilet attendant ? ) and I hope others did not take his stupid advice and sold yesterday. The Alpha should be banned from this board in his continued efforts to drag the SP down as others have said earlier. Well that said, no I will hold as time is on my side for the next few weeks but I will sell 50% here to buy more TW for the excellent 10.40 dividend, nearly twice what we have had here, makes sense to me. Dallo Hi, If these numbers are near correct I doubt if we will see any fall tomorrow and in fact a nice rise as I feel that the current SP is being held back on the assumption of a poor outcome at these current levels at around 150. At the worse possible case I can see a fall to around 147 and that's the worse, and on good numbers 153/155, So that's my guess and NOT a prediction as some would suggest !!!! I just hope we hold at just above 150 so 150.50+ would suit me fine. Thanks for your input most appreciated. ATB & GL for tomorrow. Tom :-)))))

Rio Hi, Yes agree I did note that there is a lot of downturn as here and even TW are down by a wee bit but not much. I also agree that there are a few on here that say they are ITV holders but by some of the post I have read I do not believe they are holders at all but on here just to waste time, put investors off and try to argue their case and that is ITV are finished. Lets look for a good report tomorrow to stop all this de- ramping by those that do not matter. Note that ITV are still holding well at around 150+ a fraction down on the close yesterday, so no worries ATM. Cheers Tom :-))

I have a strong feeling we might get back this afternoon with a bit of luck on our side. Nige Hi, If I recall he did say he held 250k and was down �50k and ITV were the worse share he ever invested in, then someone mentioned he then said he was topping up a further 100 k shares and that was after him saying " ITV has nothing coming. Nada. No bid, no big ratings winning show, no CEO with new direction. So if he is to believed that means he now holds 350 k ITV shares, and he is still running ITV share down. Pigs fly, I do not believe a word he mutters. LOL. I agree with Mac, GL to all genuine holders. ATB Tom :-))))
