We really need to get through the resistance points of :- 1st Resistance Point 189.067 2nd Resistance Point 190.653 Nearly there but the 2nd point is proving a bit of a struggle. We must get above 190 + as far as I can see. GLA

CHANGE IN VODAFONE'S OWNERSHIP OF VODACOM GROUP AND VODACOM GROUP'S OWNERSHIP OF ITS SOUTH AFRICAN SUBSIDIARY Vodafone notes the announcement today by Vodacom regarding its transaction that is intended to support incremental broad-based BEE (black economic empowerment) and ownership in Vodacom. As a result of the transaction, Vodacom's BEE ownership will move from Vodacom South Africa to Vodacom Group. Vodacom will increase its ownership of Vodacom South Africa from 93.75% to 100% and issue new Vodacom Group shares to its BEE investors, diluting existing Vodacom Group shareholders on a proportionate basis. Consequently, it is expected that Vodafone's shareholding in Vodacom will fall from 64.5% to approximately 60.5%

Yes I did have one of them filtered and unfortunately there was a secure problem with LSE and I could not log in and when I finally got back in the filter section deleted my one and only filter and that was him. I had no reason to filter him again for the past few days as he actually was not directing his abuse at me as I could see what he was on about by reading others posts. As soon as I bought some VOD share he was on their board like a flash and that's the same with the TW board so enough is enough. He should grow up and keep me out of his daily activity hit list. I do not want to know anything about him or his pathetic interest in throwing his abuse my way, the sooner he stops the better for us all. I am sure if he was doing the same to you, you would take up the sword too. Nobby is not so bad as he only posts now and again but not offensive stuff like someone we know. Filter now back on so no need for any reply thanks.

Nobby, well you would seeing you share the same ward and are the best of buddies. Its nice to have at least one friend to hold hands and to have some light hearted entertainment. I take you to task to show us all where I have constantly given "misleading or advice in order to empower newbies to invest or shown deceptive conduct" ?????? Where and when. If I am talking openly, normally to friends on this and other boards about investments that I intend or thinking of doing, I always say that this is NOT advise to buy or sell and is just my opinion, everyone has the right to their own opinion as many have pointed out including you.!!! Pokerchips Hi, The reason I said " and to hold for better days." was simple as I bought in at 195 for the divi and better days is when it gets back to 195 that's all. I did say I have been with VOD before but years ago and I did not just not throw my money in at any price. I did my research and decided to buy in at a price I was happy with for the divi. Now I will wait for a while until it rises for a sell, then reinvest on a fall. Hope that explains my madness. ATB Tom :-)
