I notice your post to the Alpha and see its at it again. He has nothing right about TW as the fall in SP yesterday was down to a very poor report by Crest Nicholson and the markets in general, that normally happens but will recover in a few days as normal, and in fact is up as we speak by 1% I understand from others posts that he is also completely wrong on ITV by his poor advise of a 175 open today here, absolute rubbish from the finance guru and in fact we are back down to the old 170. Poor call there as normal.

Johnson Hi, I think the drop yesterday was mainly down to Crest Nicholson poor report and the market in general. TW on its way back up now. This always happens when a report from other House builders are published and normally bounce back after a few days. Markets fairly flat this morning but we are doing fine at 187 now. ATB Tom :-)

Good morning all, Just an question, where is there any firm evidence of a crash ???. This as far as I am concerned is pure speculation and dangerous to some weak investors who may take this as serious and consider selling up. I personally think that this subject should be carefully considered before posting " there is a crash on the way" The Housing sector is not as great as it could be but talking about a crash is not on the cards IMO.

Hi Nige, yes you could be right. I only wish VOD would go up so I could sell them to buy back those sold here as I too feel something is going on in the background holding us back, wish I knew what it was lol. Cheers Tom :-)

Danny Hi, Just goes to show what we were saying !!!! its happened yet again. Did not like top end of 172 and down again to 171.80. I can not believe that with the WC starting Thursday that we have not seen a reasonable rise in anticiption, but there you go. Cheers Tom :-))

Nige Hi, I sold all ITV shares (at 172+) from normal account that was 50% of total to invest elsewhere as we seemed to have stagnated at around 170 / 171 but still hold the other half in my ISA, will not sell from that account and waiting for it to go North, patiently. I had a good think about selling the lot but had second thoughts, sods law if I had a take over would have popped up or some other fantastic news that made the SP rocket. Most shares seem to be down today but ITV holding out well and in fact in the blue now at just over 172. Waiting to buy back that 50% when my divi's are paid in early July and when I sell some other shares when they get to a reasonable selling price, so I really do not mind if the share here stay at this price until I buy back those sold, then they can fly lol. Danny & Nige Hi, Have a look at the Key turning points from Barchart may be of some help. You will see that its states a Strong Buy. Scroll down to the Key turning points down at the bottom right. You can see:- 1st Resistance Point 173.617 I think that's why we are seeing swings at the 172 then back down again to 171+ We must get above the 172 / 173 to get near the 2nd Resistance Point of 175.233. So as far as I understand it until we get above 173+ I doubt we will see 175 or above, not yet anyway, let alone 180 !!!!! I must admit it is very frustrating that we just can not get above 172 ATM. But at the mo most money tied up and cant buy or sell as my SP are all stagnant and are not budging by that amount so on the fence waiting for an opportunity to do a deal. Last deals done were for dividend here, on ITV and VOD. ATB Tom :-)))

Can we see a rise back to 200 in the near future , that is the question ? I appreciate its been less that 2 weeks since the Exdd but I was hoping for a come back by now, or am I being a bit optimistic ?? The SP is trying to move but be seem to have now hit a resistance point of around ( 1st Resistance Point ) 192.483. ATB Tom :-)
