I think we will just have to wait now and see what happens in the next few weeks. I think all shares today have been hit as the markets have all taken a battering today. Oh well at least the Suns out again so time to get out in it for a while for a nice bit of fresh air.

Remember we have been down this road many times and I believe hold is the key and just sit back and wait for better days. We are covered slightly with a great dividend but as we have just said this may be advantageous to split to quarterly rather than once a year. At least we are holding at around 173.
