Oh dear now 1.08 what is going on here ??

Troubles Hi,

I remember that very well indeed when we were all chatting about it when it was the main news around the voting times and then waiting for the results.

I recall saying that I voted to remain and It was very disappointing to me that the vote went the other way. When I said it would be disastrous to us all, I got shot down in flames with others that said the same thing. I recall also people screaming at us saying "we lost so put up with it" !!!!! I bet those that said that may think otherwise now.

Lets just hope that we get some form of deal that would suit everyone and not the opposite mayhem.

H-hi, yes very good point that will effect all House builders and our SP. This also will have a knock on effect to all suppliers too that will have to reduce their prices and all the way down the line including labour / trades that will also have to reduce costs and charges.

It will go on and on.

Just a thought, I bet all that voted to leave did not consider this mess, especially when it may well effect the price of their main purchase in life "Their Homes". Total mess as far as I am concerned, and I personally have NO confidence with the proceedings so far. We may even see a panic exit which will be a total disaster for us all.:-(

If a no deal happens and House / Flat prices fall this will mainly effect those that are Selling as they may be forced into negative liquidity. It may mean that some can not sell due to the amount owed on their current mortgage. This scenario will assist those buying. You may also find that most that do not need to sell will not and await the market return. Those houses or flats sold at say 30% less than the current market will be snapped up buy those buying at this reduced price. This will not effect those that own their Homes with no Mortgage and are not selling.

That's my opinion only and may be totally wrong but there you go.

HH Hi again, forgot to say I originally bought in at 0.0199 and now have an average at 0.0145 after buying more.

I am still at a loss at the moment but happy to hold for better news and a better price, this is LTH as far as I can see.

The reason I said 'forced to sell at a loss' is that some that bought at a lot higher see these drops and sell to cut their losses more is fright as they see their investments drip away.

I do feel for some on here regards the swings in SP especially the latest fall back to 113. These swings spook many and they are forced to sell at loss because they feel that we are falling again to nearer the 1p mark.

Without some form of good news from GH unfortunately this will continue so IMO its just best to Hold and wait patiently.

Yes agree and any rise will be very welcome. Its tried 169 a few times but fell back.

Barcharts state, 2nd Resistance Point is 168.807 so we are keeping that level at least.

DC Hi,

As Bamps said they might increase up to the EX DD and if it was me I would sell just before. You have about 4 weeks for a rise and a bail out so best of luck with that. If you can TW may be still a cheep buy as their Ex date is the 4th so you may be able to crack two birds with one stone.
