I can not believe we are down to this level its bonkers to say the least. Lets hope it starts to rise again soon or I will be looking for me rope.

Kevin Beeston wife Jayne purchased £99,396 worth of shares last Wednesday and got 59,164 shares at 168.20 pence each.
Just goes to show that if She had waited until today she would have paid £12,500 less, or another 8,500 shares, now that's what I call bad timing. Bet she is fuming, I would be.

We seem to be the worse hit at a massive fall of nearly 5% so far today. Very disappointing to say the least. Surely this drop can not simply down to brexit ???? most others are 1/2 % down.

Think I will drown my sorrows and go for a swift one lol.

Yes agree that is the other alternative for sure and an extension would be preferred by many. However if the results are very good maybe NC could do a deal with GGP and invest more cash so the warrants / external fund raising would not necessarily be needed if you follow what I mean !! Again not being an expert in any form regards warrants, I might be talking out of turn ?

Yes I agree with you and feel the same re "that can only happen by selling at >2p. "
Imaging if great new's was released before the 9th and the SP went to 3p then all of the warrants could be sold and if I am correct the SP would then be diluted and may fall back again.
I also agree that we would still be in the same position later if they were extended, so still confused. Oh well about time to switch off for the w/e maybe.

In my Personal opinion it would appear that the SP is purposely being held back until late next week so that the warrants will expire. If that is the case not until 12th Aug earliest until any good news is released allowing the SP to take its rightful course. That is just my opinion and admit I do not understand the full complexity of warrants and transactions of same. Some say that they could be extended, some say it would be good for GGP and others welcome the expiry of same so I am a little confused what to believe and have come up with the conclusion that they are being held back especially when the SP can not get above 190 and hold even after the latest good news issue. It does not look like we will see any news today so what would the point be to release Monday or before Friday the 9th.

I would appreciate others comments if they too think the SP is being held back. ??

Yes I see where you are coming from so it may be in GGP's interest to release "any" good news sooner rather than later so the SP rises to say 2.5p + then maybe the warrants could be exercised. And that could be this week or maybe next ?????? All IMO though, as I am totally guessing what may happen and not experienced enough in this field to say otherwise !!

Just a guess and IMO, I think that the SP is being held back until the warrants have expired. That's the only reason I feel why we have not passed 2p yet. Maybe we have another week or so to wait and to where we go. ???? Could be completely wrong but that's my guess. :-)
