They have basically said there will be a consolidation, the company is completely changing so a gamble I agree , but the price you quoted is just the nominal price not what the share price is automatically going to jump to , the price here is so low ,I think worth the risk but that’s me but I wouldn’t disagree selling or buying now it all depends what MH is going to do as we don’t know he has not said we are voting blind , which is itself shocking but that’s MH for you he doesn’t struggle to sleep on his actions

Yes the jv partner are investing 10x our mcap , does that make sense that we are valued at £3.3 m

Wages are going by shares at this point I believe, as the cash is so low
