Yes , it looks like the reason accounts were late was they could not get all the information needed in Argentina to complete accounts so in the end they estimated some of them and accountants basically doing a disclaimer , won’t effect raising cash imo , but to raise cash it will need to be something good hope they are being truthful they have found more exciting opportunities, opening price I don’t know won’t be great I agree, it all depends now if they can raise cash and start a new company , gla whatever you do , aimo

They have managed to come back from suspension against what some who predicted they wouldn’t , a big gamble now but if they do manage to buy a new asset with the potential to make a profit and some growth there might be life left yet , yes they will probably consolidate, but if it is to make a better company and protect what we have then so be it , hopefully in time the share price will reflect the smaller amount of shares we have , it’s better than the alternative if we don’t raise more money now ,

They have better used there time for the last few months and it is close , now results are Out it could be closer than we imagine , I think they tried to have a deal ready but it isn’t , so for now I’ll sit and wait and see where we go

The cash received from that sale was sufficient to partly, but not fully, pay down backlog creditors. Further, the delay in publishing the December 2022 Annual Report gave rise to an automatic suspension of the trading in the company's shares on AIM, preventing any equity fund raising until the Annual Report is published and the suspension lifted.

Nevertheless, the directors have held positive discussions with potential financial intermediaries with a view to raise additional funding and also are in advanced negotiations to acquire a number of assets including outside South America to replace the SCS assets.
