they have more patents applied for and I expect keeping tight lipped , they probably have a lot of disgruntled emails over time , often I know they can be very personal.so maybe only releasing anything in RNS and no personal replies , the reply you got and me is standard reply , with no inside info . and on the website they are calling it patented all over the site , that might account for the answer read there website . Many ceo/ chairman are very happy to reply to emails . but over time people get rude & personal and to many for questions for them . they are not obliged to answer us ,and it’s very common on aim that board members never reply . nothing new, just point to RNS,S
