I think you will find that was because of the CX over $6M on 3 Gwinville wells

I note that Dec21 fully year profits where $10m after tax and they had $10m in the bank.Judging by the fact that gas is higher than last year and they are are producing over double the amount of gas, profits should be a lot higher this year and we have a M/C 38M forget about the placing.With the new shares we will be back to $65M M/C.No allowance has been made for the extra profits generated

Agree with you V111jas it was going fine until the Placing which changed everything.Without the Placing we would be around a £1 by now with the extra production of gas.Unless they have an acquisition in mind this is going knowwhere..M/C around £38M which is unrealistic with the 4500boepd.They didn't need the cash for drilling surely with income coming in, the Placing wasn't necessary unless they have an acquisition in mind

I think they have already built in the price of the placing already,in fact the sp may go up

US NG ticking up 3% so far today but behind EU gas which has shot up from 78 to 127 in the last few weeks and France now asking customers to cut down on gas for obvious reasons

There must be a good reason for the placees not to be able to sell for 4months,could it be that we will get some corporate news in that time frame?

At least we don't have warrants to worry about.
