It would appear these are again rising.
I seem to recall that, not that long ago, speculation was that short practitioners would be "running for the hills"
I still remain optimistic that a rally will come from nowhere, probably for no reason, and will allow me to exit without too much damage. If this does not transpire, then so be it. If you gamble, you have to live with the consequences. I only hope just a few gambled with funds that they could not afford to lose. Of course, due diligence is of essence.
Unlikely. Will most likely end negative.
Feels like an old boxer looking for a last payday just before the bell to start round number one. Full of hope over expectation. Knocked out before round number four. Walking back to his dressing room muttering how did that happen whilst his manager is counting his money. Reassured by his trainer with "not to worry champ, it will be better next time" the aged boxer thinks yes, I have one last fight in me. Ceres? Just a bit of fun MrProfit.
Actually, I hope it soars.
30silver.
Thank you for your post. Whilst flattered to be asked about Ceres and hydrogen, there are many posters on this site that have far more knowledge than I have on this subject. I am confident you will receive a response from someone in due course. Whatever action you choose to take may I wish you the best of luck in your endeavours. Thank you.
Mr Profit (or is it loss)
Thank you. No moans or groans from me sir. If you care to read and digest you will understand that I am just outlining historical facts and truths. If you cannot stomach reality may I suggest you direct your time and energy elsewhere. You do have a habit of criticising posters without actually delivering much that is useful. Still, you are forgiven, but do please grow up. Thanks again.
It is now two years and one month since I made my first, so called, investment into Ceres at, with hindsight, a stupidly high price. Back then, all the talk was of the imminent joint venture which would surely take place this week or, if not, next week. Absolutely guaranteed to happen. Then came "be patient" over and over again. Then, Ceres are in the best place to prosper from the Hydrogen miracle, so be patient. Then, endless speculation about the arrival of a really positive announcement that will elevate the share price into the stratosphere. Now, grasping at mythical straws with all our daydream believers. Where do I stand? I have averaged down during my Ceres journey (destination unknown) but remain very much out of pocket. My takeaway is that no one knows where all of this will end and I will just hang in and see what does happen. Only my ramblings so kindly do your own due diligence. Incidentally, congratulations to those who have made money with Ceres. Thank you. Class dismissed.
Spuders, Thanks for this. How is this good. or bad, for Ceres? When I invested here it was very much a punt, I did not really understand the hydrogen industry merely believing it to have some future potential. Silly really but, even though I have invested (gambled) a five figure sum, this represents an extremely small part of my SIPP. You could say for a bit of fun. But, having lost money, I would like to recoup. I guess there are a few like me who took a punt without the required due diligence. For what it is worth, I will retain my investment and am optimistic I will make (an eventual) profit. I tend to be quite fortunate but , of course, I may remain clobbered by this share/industry. Unlike myself, please do your due diligence. Thank you.
This feels like a fear and greed rally based on nothing. In all likelihood, unless new positive news is forthcoming, it may well continue to rise and then eventually fall back. The sp needs to rise way further than of now to be of any real benefit to me. Best of luck to all and please do your own due diligence.
Shobbit. May I suggest you look at the 12 month past performance of Cloudbreak? If you do so, you will clearly see the massive price spike in the Spring of last year. That is when I exited. No pump and dump here. No need to apologise.
Whilst obviously welcome, this rally does very little to restore my lost money. I suspect dear reader for you too. Having said that, I am more confident than just a few days ago. Why? No idea. Just have a feeling that , for no real reason, at some point in time this will soar. I had a similar feeling with Cloudbreak, which did soar (for no reason) and I extricated without much loss. Please do your own research. Thank you.
Fear of losing out is a great motivator. If it gains traction this could soar on the back of no news at all. Not saying it will but that is why (like I mentioned earlier) I am not selling. More likely to give up the gains but you never know these days. In fact, in reality, how can anyone predict the outcome of this share? However, there are many super enthusiastic posters and I admire their optimism. For now, I will pin my hope of getting some funds back on greed. Only my humble opinion of course so kindly do your own research and no ill conceived comments please. Thank you.
Ceres and ITM, both taking too long to get anywhere in terms of financial success. I have come to terms with a substantial fiscal loss . If anything good was likely to happen surely it would have already occurred. Actually, "writing off" these investments is good for my mindset. Any gain above zero£ is a gain. No point in selling because there always exists a chance of a fear and greed rally, usually out of nowhere and based on nothing. Somewhat downbeat but, in my humble opinion, realistic. Own research required. Thank you.
