Only 46% of the shares in circulation were available to the general public in the 1.5p placing ( 261,200,006 shares) a further 127,626,000 shares were issued in a placing that we weren't privy to . Also in the Open offer you were only allowed to buy 1:1 so if you had originally bought at anything above £1 then you would now be > 50% down on original investment , but a lot of shareholders may not of participated in the offering because they couldn't afford to or didn't have the faith to do so . Also if the shares were held in a Sipp or an ISA and you had already used your full allowance then you wouldnt have been able to participate, so yes there will be a lot of shareholders out there down > 75%

But i guess that isn't rude in your household

Whereas every post you have made is just being rude to people - dont see any insight in any of them

As is always the case order remains pending for over 1/2 an hour and I was paying the offer price and now they raise the offer and I am not done :-)

Currently I can't but - have had an order for £5K pending on II since 10.30 limited to 0.30, still not executed - only 3,000 shares on offer on T2 console

Mistyoptic - I did the reverse - having seen the REX being how much do you want to invest , I read the open offer as cash as well - that could have broken the bank !! :-)

have had both the open offer and Rex money taken from my II account and the shares have been showing since around midday

Or you could take it as a sign they are confident that the placing will be successful and are selling their shares at circa 1.7 knowing they will be getting them back + extra at 1.5 - who knows

They are all relatively small sells and no disrespect to them but I hardly think they are going to be in the know
