It looks as though global helium didn't have any problems in finding a JV partner who would take on the majority of risk.

Slacker, up to 4.7%, but then you miss out the rest of that section, plus if global helium only had to show 0.56-0.68% to be commercially viable, then I doubt we have a problem!
