Whilst this is not helium related, it is Tanzania focused, and the Chinese have invested so thought it might be of interest.

"Australia’s Peak Rare Earths has signed a nonbinding term sheet with Chinese miner Shenghe to support the development and funding of the Ngualla rare earths element (REE) project in Tanzania.

The term sheet contemplates Shenghe acquiring 50% in the entity that holds an effective 84% of the Ngualla project by subscribing for new shares worth A$96-million.

The implied valuation, on a post-transaction basis, is A$0.36 a share, which Peak points out is a 100%-plus premium to its current share price on the ASX.

Upon completion, Peak will not be required to contribute any additional equity funding towards the development of the Ngualla project. The difference between the project’s total development costs and Shenghe’s A$96-million investment will be funded via a Shenghe arranged debt facility, which is expected to be on terms more favourable than a typical international project financing facility."

Actually you're wrong V111JAS there are both instis and funders in HE1, albeit small, they do have a stake, and will no doubt build once EWT is known. Press on ownership and there is the tab for both funds and instis.

There are idiots spreading fear on social media saying the US banks are on the brink of collapse again and that over 60 China banks have gone under. Not sure whether there's any merit in any of it, but whiffs of stuff like this and the MMs will play to their advantage with it. Nothing has changed with Rolls, my understanding is that there are big orders coming online soon, and then there's the eagerly awaited SMR results which will hopefully propel us forward on just a whiff of RR being involved. Just another false drop with the sp, likely to recover this afternoon and in to tomorrow's close. just my views.

Keepaddingmore, I mention it because it's a reality, they mention it in the presentation. Why don't you have a go at LB and the CFO for mentioning it instead of me then? A buy out or dividend or anything else is fantasy as they haven't mentioned that. Stick to facts keepaddingmore, trouble is you don't know what a FACT is!

Roger, I didn't sell out, I was honest and clearly stated I still had some. I still have concerns about the £50m they will need to raise for a production plant, especially if they can't raise it by any other means than a private unnamed investor again, or death spiral finance. That is still a big concern of mine as it's an aim listed company, and ordinary lenders will not take the risk usually on aim listed stocks.

London, it's the risk of the next rise in sp, and the next after that, and so on, as anticipation builds towards EWT results. The likelihood is the sp will be going up, not down! Everyone is here to make money, short, long, inbetween, everyone has the same goal!
