It was one lot of 32m in that rns and as per Mr Bixby, they will hold the same %. They probably haven't sold enough as yet to have to raise a TR1

"Cykel (LSE:CYK) announces that, upon board approval, Jonathan Bixby, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has gifted a charitable donation of 32,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held via Toro Consulting Ltd to a Canadian registered charity (Charitable Impact Foundation).

The donation is part of Mr. Bixby long standing commitment to philanthropy. Mr. Bixby does not control the Charitable Impact Foundation. Following this gift, Mr. Bixby now holds 31,550,000 Ordinary Shares of Cykel held via Toro Consulting Ltd representing approximately 7.54% of the issued share capital."

Well done Fell, will keep doing the same, with small amounts as and when. Lets hope these "partnerships" materialise and soon. We already have quite a few, the Greenhouse one is interesting, as they seem to be developing a few partnerships in the US.

Newuncle, the sellers are possibly the charity, they were gifted the shares, so they will probably just take the money as charities rarely seem to wait!

Hi Fell, I've never been, but congrats on making it there and one to tick off the bucket list! although I'm sure you are nowhere near needing a bucket list as yet! Not so good about the virus, assumedly it wasn't linked to the hotel? If it was, and people were dropping like flies at the hotel itself, you might have a claim against the hotel/tour operators or even speak to your credit card provider if you paid for it that way?

Just a tiny bit short of the 3 mill, need another 46,000 shares, but will buy them tomorrow now. Best of luck with your top up too, I hope we will all be celebrating at some point, but I'm just wondering how many people Popeye can get on his boat? :)
