RE: Bought 4.27 Sold 2.528 Jul 2025 08:34
Hi itshenderz, it was in an email from the share puppets a week or so ago, and it refers to a bearcast, not an article, I don't have a sub, but I get the emails so I can see what he's rambling on about. I normally wouldn't give it much credence, but I asked the company when the announcement was made about Bixby giving half his shares away to charity, why there was no TR1 reflecting this, and just silence. They did eventually deal with it, but not at the time, which is lax, and in all honesty, to dilute shareholders like that, when it's a fledgling company, imo, showed no respect for shareholders at all. He could have waited until the sp was much higher and then donated the shares, or started selling slowly and given them the dosh, but he knocked the sp for six in doing that and the sp hasn't really recovered. Then there was the recent shenanigans, and I contracted various people, the brokers, and other company agents to ask for clarification on matters, and absolutely zero response. You do not treat your shareholders like that, as if they are a piece of dirt. They clearly don't have any respect for them from my experience. You've got a few boys in a rented room working, how are they being paid, how is the recent sales job advertised on LinkedIn for a global sales executive or similar, how are they going to be paid, and at what cost exactly? I know it's a fledgling business but surely costs control should be the number one priority until lift off, and I'm not seeing any lift off, as they've produced no revenue figures to date. imo.
