Newcrest mining have the quarterly update on 23/07 or tonight our time. They are the largest miner in OZ and have so far secured 40% of Havieron with their accelerated drill programme. Current burning through a further 25 million usd in order to get another 20% of Havieron. Look in Newcrest website and review their last few sets of quarterlies they are a must read

We’re into the 4 th week since update so news in bound on start up. It’s going to be a news rich period.

· Cultural heritage clearances, which were previously deferred due to COVID-19 concerns (see announcement dated 1 April 2020), are now underway.

· Drilling expected to commence at Greatland's 100%-owned Scallywag prospect area within the next four to six weeks, subject to receipt of heritage approvals.

· The drilling campaign will initially focus on high-priority targets within the Scallywag prospect area including Kraken, Blackbeard and London.

· Once the initial phase of drilling is complete at Scallywag, the Company expects to drill additional high-priority targets on its Paterson Range East licence including Goliath and Los Diablos.

The one things I can’t see is how they have 32 million each left as last accounts would show 14 mill each after their last round of excising maybe someone with a keener eye can spit where I’m being a little thick.

The market is not understanding how big haveiron is so 12 p is very very conservative. We may already have a 2nd system being hit 800 mtrs north of hole 66 which was a 220 mtr step out from the main horseshoe zone. Until we get more data then I think the market is too scared to believe it’s a monster.
Fair value is not 12 p imho.

NCM brought the 25 mill spend required as per the JV agreement to this years accounts and committed to minimum of 80000 metres of in full drilling to get the Maiden Resource Estimate out this year. The massive step outs weren’t in the equation at that time so we are looking at huge huge upside here.

I’m relaxed but a little bored as it’s the hardest thing to sit watch and wait what you already have an inkling about. WE ALL JUST WANT TO KNOW. And we will. Gla GGP holders
