1. Biggest Council/membership of C-Stores in the USA - AATAC deal signed (initially deal was for Florida and outlying area at 6000 Stores was being discussed). We got a deal for the whole of the organisation 88000 stores plus.
They obviously were impressed and excitedby the brand and the product and armed with the sales data on a small scale trial in Schraders C-Stores with no publicity or fanfare they became the No.1 CBD line, all through a pandemic with lower footfall.
Prepare for lift of getting into 10000 stores with 12-15 months was RNS'd mid Feb 21 so May 22 we should see the 10000 stores hit at the latest.

thats 109,500,000 million to the AATAC per year. its a no brainer and no wonder AATAC are super excited about this. im sure they will have had assurances from Zoetic that they have the infrastructure available to supply that amount of product and we know that the guys have been getting that in order with Ox Distribution since the deal with AATAC was announced back end of 2020.

2. deal signed with USA's largest smoker focused chain (Smoker Friendly) 800 plus stores across USA. We know they started trialing the product in Colorado in Feb/Mar 21 and we have the photographic evidence of this in the point of sale display stands. We also can see again through photographic evidence from Apr & May that the product is now selling in all their stores in Montana, Wyoming and have even got one from Missouri (their recent RNS advised of roll out to a lot more states like NC and VG and both of these have 30-40 SF locations. If you dont believe take a look for yourself on Google Chrome maps and put the Smoker friendly name in the search for these different states and view. There are stickers on doors windows and cabinets with CHILL, there are boards up with prices and the CHILL logo and there are Display stands on counters at point of payment. All as the CEO's have said.

The websites will be the start and show what the company has been up to aside from just rolling out to stores........ part of the funds was for advertising and PR and things like that. A whole new era compared to before is therefore about to be visual, which is how we will reach a much wider audience (both with products and also investor base)
