moronic ramping is the same as moronic deramping. deadline kenya WAS 12th may 2022. otherwise there would have been an RNS. by law required. CEO in kenya to sign a deal with shell?? proof please?
In a nutshell: ‘ In a brief comment on Monday, the Barclays analysts said the merger was just an opportunity to accelerate a strategy that Tullow is already successfully executing.’
It’s simple a lot of administrative changes have been made in preparation of the proposed merger. Now that is not going through the administrative changes have to be reversed. Like changing a mortgage and at the very last minute you decide to stay with your current bank.
I have been away for a while but kept following tullow but what is the consensus on the board: will Indians be taking over tullow, buy only part of kenya, or complete Kenya selling? Or other buyers in the dark?
Comforting these endless 8.3 and 8.5 forms are continuing though.
KenyaToday 13:35 I guess there is a lot of doubt (fear) in the market about how much of a stake tullow will sell to the new partners. I read tullow wil end up with 15% or even ten or maybe even less. This will not be the golden goose we all have been waiting for for the last two years. Hope we Will be surprised but I doubt it. To me even ending up with 15% will be disappointing. Maybe if tullow would be official owner of the pipeline and as such it could ask fees for the use of the pipeline to other countries it could be acceptable but I doubt that.
